Civic Engagement - ASMSU | Montana State University

The ASMSU Involvement Team is at the forefront of fostering active engagement, awareness, and participation within the Montana State University community. We aim to spread awareness and collaborate with campus partners to engage a diverse student population with civic responsibility through community service, voting accessibility, and outreach events. The team coordinates a democratic and transparent student government selection process: both elected and hired positions. In Government Affairs, the team navigates the intricate landscape of local, state, and national political issues, empowering MSU students to be informed and active citizens and lobbying in Helena.

ASMSU elections provide an opportunity for MSU students to choose their representatives who wield influence over student programs, a substantial budget, and have a history of effecting significant positive changes on campus.
