Auxiliary Services at Montana State University is comprised of University Student Housing, Culinary Services and the Event Services Division as well as some smaller teams that serve to support the overall mission of the enterprise. We are a department guided by the following:

Auxiliary Services Facts

Largest employer on campus with 375 full-time employees and 1,200 part-time employees/students.
We house almost 5,500 students/dependents on campus, which makes us Montana’s 25th largest city.
The Auxiliary Services’ footprint on campus is 2.5 million square feet which equals 42% of the total campus footprint.
Our two dining halls serve 1.4 million meals a year.
On a normal day during the academic calendar, the dining halls serve 12,000 meals.
