Short course at MSU covers how to start a business in Montana
Montana State University offers a new three-hour course called "How to Start a Business in Montana," which helps participants think through some of the legal considerations of starting a business. The course covers which business entity to choose (such as corporation, LLC, partnership, sole proprietorship) in regard to factors such as tax implications and liability. Read more...
