MSU to hold Oct. 28 groundbreaking ceremony for new dining hall
The ceremony will be held from 3-3:30 p.m. at the dining hall construction site, which is located north of the Chemistry and Biochemistry Building. A reception will follow from 3:30-4:30 p.m. inside of Harrison Dining Hall.
