The Pre-Graduation Worksheet (PGW) process is unique to Jabs and has been highly valuable for our students. This process allows us to provide support to our students and ensure they are on track to graduate for their anticipated graduation date. Before students can apply for graduation in MyInfo, they must complete their PGW. 

Jabs Graduation Process Step by Step

To get to graduation you need to complete all of the MSU and Jabs requirements. To ensure you are on track to doing so, you will need to turn in a Pre-Graduation Worksheet (PGW) one year prior to your anticipated graduation date. This form is audited and your degree is certified by our Jabs Certifying Officer (Assistant Dean, Brenda Truman) to ensure all your degree requirements will be met. One semester prior to the semester you are intending to graduate, you will need to complete a graduation application, which is audited by the Registrar’s Office.
