• You have indicated you are married and your spouse is living.
  • You have one or more living children from your present marriage.
  • You do not have living children from a previous marriage.
  • You have not adopted any children from your spouse's previous marriage...

 


Distribution: Your surviving spouse receives $225,000 plus 1/2 of the remaining balance. Your child(ren) from your present marriage split the remaining balance. Your stepchild(ren) do not inherit.  

If your estate is valued at $225,000 or less, your surviving spouse receives all.
