Single No Living Children (Example 4A)

Example 1

All nieces and nephews survive you

Assume you pass away without a written will. Your two sisters and two brothers passed away before you. All of their children are living.

Your assets are divided equally among your nieces and nephews, 1/6 to each.

If this is not the division you desire, then you need to write a will.
