Single No Living Children (Example 4B)

Example 2

One or more nieces or nephews passed away before you.

Assume you pass away without a written will. Your two sisters, two brothers, and one niece passed away before you.

Your two living nephews (of your deceased sister with two children), your living niece (of your deceased brother with one child), and your two living nephews (of your deceased brother) each receive 1/6.

Your assets are divided per capita at the first generation of survivors by right of representation at the second generation. Your two grand nieces receive 1/12 each.

If this is not the division you desire, then you need to write a will.
