Current Research
My research focuses on monitoring and examining populations of Parnassius clodius, a high-altitude butterfly in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. In addition, I seek to understand how increasing temperatures and decreasing snowpack may impact host plant and nectar sources for Parnassius. Further, I hope to uncover potential plant community butterfly interactions among these meadows that Parnassius clodius frequents and potentially utilizes.
