Current Research:
I am particularly interested in the intersection of ecology and data science. Beyond just analytical methods, I am interested in ways the IoT, small form-factor hardware, and mobile computation can perform ecological field tasks historically performed manually. Currently working on species distribution modeling of select bird species in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem in response to various climate and anthropogenic factors.
