Profile

Originally from the rolling hills of Tennessee, Molly comes to Montana after a decade in the desert of Arizona. She has designed and led large-scale professional learning initiatives, including directing sustainability-focused teacher development programs that have reached educators nationwide. In addition to her research on program design and evaluation, she has experience advising adult learners and working collaboratively with universities, school districts, and community organizations to develop impactful education programs. As the Director of Alternative Pathways at MSU, Molly provides leadership in recruitment, student support, and program development for alternative teacher licensure initiatives, including the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) and 2+2 pathway programs. When not working, you can typically find Molly outside in the mountains or in a river.
