Instructions for Using the MDA Course Locator Tool
The MDA Course Locator tool is a database of all available pesticide education courses in Montana. Programs must be submitted to the MDA in advance to be approved for credits. Information on programs, registration, and credits offered are available using this tool.
In-Person Programs
To search for courses select "60 - Private Agricultural Pest Control" under "Category" and click "Search". You may also limit the search to District (PRIV 1-5), county and date, as well as display a map of available courses. Available credits are listed in the right column. Private applicator credits are listed as "60 - Private Agricultural Pest Control". When you find a course you are interested in click "Details" in the left column for more information on the event.
Online Programs, Correspondence and Webinars
To search for online, correspondence and webinar courses select the appropriate type under "Meeting Type" and "60 - Private Agricultural Pest Control" under "Category". This will produce a list of currently approved courses. Private applicator credits are listed as "60 - Private Agricultural Pest Control". When you find a course you are interested in click "Details" in the left column for more information on the event.
Many of these courses require you to register with the hosting organization and pay for the course. Please double check that the course you are interested is available for private applicator credits in Montana prior to paying and completing the course.
