  • 5:00 p.m.-Pavilion & Weatherbeater Set Up

View 4-H Members on Set Up Crew: 

  • Assigned Market Animal Project members must help set up Weatherbeater and surrounding areas prior to fair.
  • Each 4-H member must help with their assigned task above to receive their $100 deposit check.
  • To receive their deposit check, each member must check in, clean, and check out with their species superintendent.

Wednesday, June 26

Interview Judging-Pavilion

Sunday, June 25

6:30 a.m.  

  • Superintendents arrive to organize shipping of market animals.

6:45 a.m. 

  • Optional:  4-H market animal project members may attend, if desired, but not required.
  • Report to your species superintendent BEFORE moving your animal.

9:00 a.m.

  • Clean up party of Weatherbeater and grounds.
