Financial Aid Eligible Programs

• One-year Gallatin College certificate programs

One-year Gallatin College certificate programs require specific approval with the US Department of Education before financial aid can be awarded.   To be considered an aid-eligible program, the program must prepare students for gainful employment in a recognized occupation. Students in the following approved certificate programs through Gallatin College are eligible to receive financial aid:

• Bookkeeping
• Business Management Professional
• CNC Machining Technology
• Health Information Coding
• Medical Assistant
• Welding Technology

• Two-year Associate degree programs:

• Associate of Arts
• Associate of Science

• Two-year Associate of Applied Science programs:

• Aviation
• Design Drafting
• Interior Design

• All Bachelor degree programs 

• Post-baccalaureate Pre-Medical Certificate 

• All master’s and doctoral programs 

• Non-degree graduate level certificate programs:

Non-degree graduate level certificate programs require specific approval with the US Department of Education before financial aid can be awarded.  To be considered an aid-eligible program, the program must prepare students for gainful employment in a recognized occupation.  The following graduate-level certificate programs have received this aid approval.  If your program is not listed here, you will not be eligible to receive federal financial aid.
