Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, lentil starch, baking powder, baking soda, paprika, salt) in a bowl.
- Preheat oil in frying pan.
- Immediately before frying, add cold club soda to the bowl of dry ingredients; whisk slowly.
- Lightly coat items to be fried with flour or starch, then dip in wet batter.
