Problems with references most common reason is computer has added space either before or after the email address.  Suggest they go to the beginning of the email address and use the backspace key, then go to the end of the address and use the delete key to remove any spaces.

To upload required documents the title of these documents work as a hyperlink to the upload screen.

Submitted application, but now need to modify application or correct an upload,contact [email protected] or [email protected] with vacancy number and applicant’s name and we can “Reactivate” the application for editing.  If you are in a department with a designated HR Rep, they can also “Reactivate”.

Anytime we “Reactivate” an application candidates need to “Certify and Submit” for the new information to be viewable.
