University-wide Scholarships

Montana State University awards millions of dollars in scholarships and waiver awards to new students who enter in the fall of each year. You might qualify for some of this money based on your academic record, financial need, group affiliation or a combination of the three. College of Letters & Science Scholarships

College level scholarship applications from incoming and current students will be accepted November 1 - February 1. 

Our scholarships usually range from about $250 to $1,000 each. The first round of scholarship acceptance letters typically go out by early March. Those students are given until about early April to accept, or reject the scholarship should they choose to go elsewhere. The committee's second round picks are notified once any of the first round recipients reject their funds, in early April.
