About

Carolyn Kelman joined MMEC in 2025 as the Business Advisor for Great Falls and northeastern Montana. She offers broad experience and skill sets in manufacturing operations, with particular expertise in continuous improvement, supply chain optimization, logistics, and warehouse management.

Her career encompasses diverse roles across multiple industries, including steel, oil, and auto production. In Montana, she served as a Technical Business Analyst for ADF International Inc. and a Senior Logistics Specialist for Calumet Specialty Products, both in Great Falls. In the automotive industry, she spent five years at Volvo, where she supported the launch of the S60 at Volvo’s first U.S. manufacturing plant, advancing through roles in logistics, material planning, and engineering change order management.

Carolyn holds a master's degree in supply chain management from Charleston Southern University and a bachelor's degree in business management from Coastal Carolina University. She is passionate about continuous improvement and innovation in the supply chain field, and looks forward to supporting manufacturers, economic development, and the community in the Great Falls region.
