Graduate Student Event Videoconference Request Form

 

Please complete and submit the following form to submit a reservation request for a graduate defense or Scholarly Project Proposal Defense.  Graduate student events will be scheduled in a designated room on each campus and with a Jabber connection option for non-committee members to attend.

 

For defenses, committee members and the student are required to attend from a campus location.  The Chair and student should work with the local campus administrative assistant to ensure that a computer is available and connected to the videoconference system for the presentation.

You will receive a confirmation that the form has been received, followed within 10 days by connection information which you can then distribute to committee members.


Note: 
To ensure that your needs are met please submit your request 10 business days in advance of your event. If submitted inside the 10 business day window, please submit a follow-up email to [email protected] to alert her to your submission.
