MSU has developed the Incentive Program for Researchers (IPR) to encourage more grant activity on campus and to allow faculty to receive an annual financial incentive payment. Tenured and tenure-track faculty who charge time and effort to a federal grant and who meet the other eligibility requirements of the IPR program may choose to participate in the program.
