Facebook Instructions
Since Facebook business pages are owned by personal accounts, they do not have their own log in information. So, all you have to do to grant MSU access to your organization's Facebook page is add the MSU Social Media Manager as an administrator.
How to Add an Administrator to Your Facebook Page
Step 1: Open your MSU Facebook page in your web browser. On the left-hand side, click "settings".

Step 2: Next, on the left-hand side, click "New Pages Experience"

Step 3: You should now be on the "Page Access" tab under "New Pages Experience". In the upper right-hand corner, click "Add New".

Step 4: When the "Add New" box pops up, click next.

Step 5: Type "Grace Guerra" (MSU's Social Media Manager) into the text box.
Be sure to add the right Grace! You might have to search for "grace guerra" in all lowercase to find it.

Step 6: Turn on the button next to "Allow this person to have full control". It should be blue. Then click "Give Access".

Step 7: Enter your personal facebook profile password as the final step to share page access. Click confirm.

Step 8: All done! You have sucessfully added a page administrator and the invitation will be accepted shortly.
