Description of Request

Submitted By: Tracy Dougher, College of Agriculture

Lindfield 117 has served as a hoteling space since 2018, with three hoteling spaces available for use by the College of Agriculture Dean’s Office, one space for use by Space Management and Planning, and one workstation allocated to College of Agriculture IT support staff member.  Given that the hoteling workstations are underutilized, the Indigenous Pathways in Agriculture program is requesting to occupy 3 out of the 5 workstations in order to accommodate growth. Space Planning and Management has other hoteling options available in various locations across campus and is amenable to transferring their one workstation to the College of Ag Dean’s Office. Agriculture will then relinquish the remaining flex spots to the Indigenous Pathways in Agriculture program and Ag IT support staff will maintain their workstation. This proposed solution will support the expansion needs of the program while also preserving an open hoteling workstation for future needs of the College.
