The instructions below will guide you through downloading the Cisco Webex Meetings desktop app from the MSU Webex site and how to install it.

  • Sign-in to the MSU Webex Site:
  • Click on the Download section in the navigation panel at the far left of your screen 
  • Select the Download button for your operating system
  • Locate the downloaded application file and run it as per your operating system standards. *This installation requires administrative privileges to the computer. Contact the Service Desk if you need assistance with this.
  • Once the install file has run you may be asked to set your calendar preference. Select Import Outlook meetings to bring to sync your MSU Office365 email calendar.
    • enter your email address
    • sign-in to your Office365 account with your [email protected] email and password.
  • You're all set, the Webex Meetings desktop app is installed and connected to your calendar.
