Cicindela longilabris
This is Cicindela longilabris, also known as the boreal long-lipped tiger beetle. This species of tiger beetle occupies sandy areas near bare rock and mountain forest paths that do not have frequent human foot traffic. This species is well known for their distinctly long, white labrum. Cicindela longilabris can be found from mid May through August and it typically overwinters as an adult.
