Cicadellid sp.
Leafhoppers are a very large family of insects. There are at least 2,500 species of the family in North America. Leafhoppers can be distinguished from other true bugs by the row of spines on their hind legs. Most are small, less than 13-mm long, and generally feed on plants with their piercing-sucking mouthparts.
