Leptopterna dolobrata
Leptopterna dolobrata, commonly known as the meadow plant bug, is a true bug in the family Miridae. It can grow to 10-mm long and is commonly found from April through July in fields and meadows. The adult primarily feeds on a variety of grasses and can occasionally be found feeding on cranberry and vetch. This introduced species is often viewed as a pest in areas that grow seed for agricultural purposes.
