Giles Cokelet

Giles Cokelet is a preeminent blood rheology researcher with over 40 years in the field. His early research on blood rheology and transport at MIT in the 1960's helped lay the foundation for engineering approaches in biology and medicine. His expertise in the study of transport phenomena in blood is being applied to incorporate MRM data into the modelling of complex fluid transport in capillary networks and porous media.
