Safety & Risk Management provides technical expertise to campus stakeholders in the areas of occupational
health and safety, fire & life safety, hazardous waste management, loss control, workers'
compensation, and multi-line insurance support. This includes oversight of programs
to provide a safe working environment in compliance with federal, state and local
regulations and codes.
The Office of Research Compliance (ORC) oversees University programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and
local regulations for research. ORC creates and supports an environment that furthers
the ethical and responsible conduct of research.
