Hey! I’m Glen Esnard, a resident of Bozeman and instructor for BGEN 215. My wife, Robin, and I moved here a couple of years ago after a number of years in Wyoming. We both spent our formative years in California, which is one of the reasons we appreciate the Rockies and particularly Montana. Having four seasons is wonderful and gives us the opportunity to hike, fly fish, ski and hunt. I read a lot…history, biographies, business and a bit of fiction. In 2014, I completed an M.S. in Organizational Change from Northwestern. I’ve had a great career in business, and still do executive recruiting. I guess I’m a bit of a rebel. I am challenged by rules, guidelines and the way things have “always been done.” If I’m not creating change in thought, organization or people, I get bored. Consequently, here I am at the BBCC.
