Hello world:) My name is Val and I am passionate about teaching and helping students excel and gain a better understanding of College English, Math, Business, Marketing, and Prelaw subjects. As a proud parent of two Bobcat students myself, I can relate to and better understand the many challenges that students may encounter here at MSU. It also helps that I have a degree in Psychology!

I have written 2 books as well as written numerous legal papers as a paralegal (in training). I am an exceptional gourmet cook (according to my children) and have a Black Belt in Aikido-Marshall Art. When I am not cooking or writing, I love to tutor students in the art of editing papers and business resumes. I also love to share my vast knowledge of anything related to the business world (FYI: I created and managed three successful companies; one of which I still run). But since the Metaverse, AI and ChatGPT are the future, I am diving into those too.
