How to Register for Expeditions MSU

  • Watch this how to video for an overview of what you should know before registering.
  • YOU MUST REGISTER FOR AN ORIENTATION SESSION BEFORE YOU WILL GET ACCESS TO REGISTER FOR EXPEDITIONS MSU.
  • Registration should be completed by the participant and will require about 20-30 minutes to complete.
  • Use your MSU Net ID and password to log into our registration system.
  • Once you get logged in, select "Expeditions MSU" for the classification and "2023 Summer Semester" and you'll see the registration options. 
  • Please have information handy at the time of registration, such as health information, rental gear needs, dietary accommodations, physical and/or medical accommodations.
  • You will receive an email confirmation to the email address asscoaited with your account (this may be your student email). More information will follow as we get closer to the trips. 
  • Participants should only register for one session at a time.

Waitlist Guidelines:

  • If a session is full you can sign up for the waitlist by going through the same website to register. Simply "sign in" and then you will be prompted to the waitlist option.
  • It is ulikey to get a spot from the waitlist, but not impossible. If a spot opens up we will move down the waitlist and reach out to you if you are next up.
  • If you have already registered successfully for a session, you cannot be on the waitlist for another session.

Refund Policies

If you are unable to attend your Expeditions trip, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds will be given according to the following policies: 

  • 3+ weeks: full refund

  • 2-3 weeks- 50% refund (conditional on if there are 6+ participants remaining in the trip)

  • 1-2 weeks- 25% refund (conditional on if there are 6+ participants remaining in the trip)
