Registration

A registration fee will be assessed for each attendee's participation at the 2023 Montana International Educators Conference (2023MIEC), pending resolution of technological problems associated with a recent cyber-attack on MSU's networks.

Upon resolution of the above, 2023MIEC coordinators will get in touch to facilitate payment for attendance.

To encourage participation and defray costs, the Office of International Programs at Montana State University will fully cover the on-campus housing costs for the first 30 out-of-town conference registrants.

Are you interested in the on-campus housing available to conference participants?

To sign up for on-campus housing, you will need to register as a guest on the University's Conference Housing portal via the following:

https://www.montana.edu/cs/registration.html

When prompted to enter a Group Promotion Code, use MIEC23. Conference Housing will be for Thursday night, June 8th only.

As a service to our guests, if you would like to extend your stay to include an additional night's lodging on campus, you can do so via the following: 1) complete your Thursday night lodging reservation using the code MIEC23; 2) return to the 'Register' page and initiate another reservation for Friday night, June 9th, using code WO23 for the Group Promotion Code. For Friday night's lodging, you will be prompted to enter credit card information to cover the $50 fee for that night's lodging.
