The Fall 2024 airport pickup request form is below.

The mandatory, in-person, International Student Orientation session (for degree-seeking students), coordinated by the Office of International Programs, will take place August 16 & 17, 2024. Please ensure that you arrive in Bozeman no later than August 15, 2024.

Exchange Students (non-degree, visiting students) must arrive no later than August 19, 2024, to ensure they can attend mandatory incoming exchange student orientation scheduled for August 20, 2024. (Residence halls on campus open August 18; students living on campus who decide to arrive prior to that date will be responsible for paying early move-in fees.)

Torequest airport pickup, please complete the form below as soon as possible upon confirmation of your travel arrangements. Please know that if you submit this form less than a week before your anticipated arrival, we may not be able to accommodate your request. 

The Office of International Programs at Montana State University is excited to welcome you to Bozeman! Below are the details of our complimentary airport pickup service: 

  • WHERE:Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN)
  • WHEN:  Tuesday, August 13 - Monday, August 19, 2024
  • HOW: The OIP Team will coordinate individual and group pick-ups based on flight arrival times.
    • Upon arrival in Bozeman, an OIP representative will pick you up near Baggage Claim with a sign, identifying themselves as an OIP team member.
    • You will be transported to your place of residence in a Montana State University "Office of International Programs" vehicle.

Alternatively, if you arrive outside of our complimentary pickup window, transportation options from the Bozeman airport include:

  • Uber (be sure to download the app in advance; estimated cost: $35-50USD)
  • Lyft (be sure to download the app in advance; estimated cost: $35-50USD)
  • Taxi (Bozeman Airport Taxi; estimated cost: $50-60USD)
