Northern Cheyenne of EASTern Montana meet the Malians of WEST Africa. Film takes place mainly in Lame Deer, MT, at Chief Dull Knife College on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. Includes traditional dances, drumming, other events at mini-powwow in honor of visiting Malians. Cultural interpretation is by Northern Cheyenne Linwood Turnbull.
