Students are required to provide their own forging and shoeing hand tools, which must be purchased independently, before the beginning of the session. The textbooks and reading material are supplied by the school for the duration of the course. Laptops are reccomended so that students can access digital copies of textbook since there are limited hard copies in the classroom.
