Montana State University’s Economic Development efforts are a key part of fulfilling
the third pillar of the University’s Land Grant mission—service to the community.
Economic Development at MSU involves interfacing with private businesses looking to
do research on campus, supporting research efforts through connections to our local
community, and working with our State and Federal partners to secure resources to
advance the research enterprise.
