If you need to have your privileges updated in TOPAZ for an IRB (human subjects) protocol, please complete the form below. Once your account has been updated you will recieve an email notification. These requests are usually processed within 48 business hours. 

Please note: Key Associate (view only) accounts will be created when required IRB training is complete. Trainings are uploaded twice a week.
