Additional Resources

The professional staff at Counseling & Psychological Services (CPS) offers FREE, confidential counseling to eligible students, and provides counseling on a limited basis for a fee to MSU faculty/staff.

The Office of Financial Aid Services helps students answer their financial questions when attending school. Services include: help with the FASFA, receiving scholarships, confirming your bill, and financial needs assessment. The Assistant Director, Julie Watson, is available and willing to work with any TRiO Scholar.

MSU has a number of help centers on campus to help students with math, writing, and physics. These learning centers are strategically placed around campus with the Math Center in Wilson Hall, The Writing Center in the Library, and the Physics Help Center in the Engineering and Physical Science (EPS) Building.

 

 

Student Commons provides information and support to the university community in the areas of multicultural awareness and community building, prejudice education, and practical resources relating to diversity issues. The sponsors, produce and promote events that encourage and foster diversity awareness around issues of gender, class, race, religion, sexual orientation, and ethnicity. Awareness of diversity is examined through lectures, movies, discussion groups and social events. Student Commons provides a safe, supportive environment where students can begin to understand the diversity they experience on campus and across the larger global community.

Montana State University Testing Services provides a wide range of academic and professional exams to students and the public. Our certified testing staff is committed to providing professional support to help meet the educational goals of students and clients who test with us. We constantly strive to maintain compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations regarding testing protocol, while protecting client confidentiality and information integrity.

 

The Veteran Support Center is available to all veterans of the U.S. military, eligible dependents and members of the Selected Reserve who receive Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) education benefits.
