The State Procurement Bureau's bids/proposals system is eMACS.  This system provides vendor registration and electronic bid notification to all registered vendors. eMACS features online bidding, electronic reminders and notifications, and document submittal capabilities  while still providing interested vendors with the convenience of searching one website for current bids and proposals for all State Agencies.
 
This will allow you to be notified by email when we post new solicitations on eMACS in your area(s) of interest.
 
Links to all formal solicitations issued by MSU-Bozeman and affiliated campuses will be available on eMACS. Formal solicitations include Invitations for Bid (IFB) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
 
To easily access all current bids and proposals for Montana State University, open the eMACS website, select Bids and Proposals, then filter by Montana State University or one of our sub-workgroups, MSU Facilities Services, MSU Information Technology, MSU Billings, or MSU Auxiliary Services.
