CUR is an organization that believes faculty members enhance their teaching and contribution to society by remaining active in research and by involving undergraduates in research, and that students engaged in undergraduate research succeed in their studies and professional advancement.

CUR Events for Students and Faculty
Each year, MSU students participate in CUR events such as the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) and Posters on the Hill. Keep an eye on the USP homepage, MSU Today, and email announcements for information on how your students can apply for these opportunities.
CUR hosts workshops, conferences, and webinars to help facutly grow as effective research mentors and secure funding to engage undergradaute students in faculty research.
CUR Publications and Resources
The CUR bookstore offers books, reports and newsletters focused on undergraduate research and experiential learning. CUR's journal SPUR - Scholarship and Practice of Undergraduate Research is a leading peer-reviewed journal on active learning pedagogy. SPUR is avaialble to all CUR members and through the MSU library.
CUR hosts extensive resources to help undergraduate students find opportunities to engage in research. Members can access extensive resources for faculty mentors, and find opportunities for networking and collaboration with the CUR Community.
MSU CUR Membership and Benefits
Montana State University has the enhanced CUR membership.This membership allows any faculty, student, or staff member from MSU to join CUR at no additional cost to the individual.
CUR Membership is designed to assist faculty, administrators, researchers, staff, and students in their efforts to support undergraduate research on their campuses and beyond.
