Get Started

  1. You must be an active member of the Student Wellness Center to work with our personal trainers. Not a member yet? Explore our membership options.
  2. Browse our personal trainer profiles and select a trainer.
  3. Email your trainer to schedule a date and time to meet. Your first session will be to get to know each other and assess your goals.
  4. Use the BOOK NOW button below once you’ve confirmed this first meeting with your trainer and use the code FREEGOAL at checkout to discount this session. 
  5. After your first meeting, you may email your trainer directly to schedule future appointments and confirm it with payment below. Each session is $35 for a 45-minute one-on-one session.
