All textbooks must be purchased before requesting an alternative format!  Copies of receipts or proofs of purchase may be dropped off at the Office of Disability Services office or emailed to [email protected]

ODS encourages students to use Bookshare.org to access texts. For more information on how to setup your Bookshare, please see these instructions. 

You may download a PDF version of the Accessible Textbook Request form to print and submit to the Office of Disability Services, 137 Romney Hall. Hard copies are also available in the Office of Disability Services.
