INSTRUMENT and SUPPORT (400 MHz NMR)

The NMR spectra were recorded on an Asend 400 MHz Bruker NMR spectrometer equipped with an Avance Neo console, an automatic sample loading system (Samplecase-24TM), a room temperature broadband (1H/BBX-19F) Smart probe, TopspinTM software (version 4.1) housed at Montana State University Chemistry and Biochemistry NMR Center. The instrument was purchased with support from the National Science Foundation (Grant No. NSF-MRI: CHE-2018388) and MSU’s office of the Vice President for Research and Economic Development.

INSTRUMENT and SUPPORT (500 MHz NMR)

The NMR spectra were recorded on an Ascend 500 MHz Bruker NMR spectrometer equipped with an Avance III HD console, an automatic sample loading system (SamplJetTM), a liquid nitrogen-cooled ProdigyTM broadband (BBO) cryoprobe, TopspinTM software (version 3.6) housed at Montana State University Chemistry and Biochemistry NMR Center. This instrument was purchased with support from the National Science Foundation (Grant No. NSF-MRI:DBI-1532078), the Murdock Charitable Trust Foundation (Grant No.:2015066:MNL), and MSU's Vice President for Research and Economic Development's office.

INSTRUMENT and SUPPORT (600 MHz NMR)

The NMR  spectra were recorded on an 600 MHz Bruker NMR spectrometer equipped with an Avance III console, an automatic sample loading system (SampleJetTM) a 5 mm triple resonance (1H,15N, 13C) liquid-helium-cooled TCI NMR probe (CryoprobeTM), TopspinTM software (version 3.6) housed at Montana State University Chemistry and Biochemistry NMR center. Support for the NMR instrument , console upgrades, and the NMR Center has been provided by the NIH Shared Instrumentation Grant (SIG) program [Grant No. 1S10RR13878 and 1S10RR026659],the NSF MRI program (NSF Grant No. DBI-1532078),the Murdock Charitable Trust, and MSU's Vice President for Research and Economics Development's office.

NMR FACILITY SUPPORT (metabolomics)

The NMR metabolomics studies were conducted on MSU’s 600 MHz Bruker AVANCE III solution NMR spectrometer. Support for the NMR instruments, console upgrades, and MSU’s NMR Center has been provided by the NIH Shared Instrumentation Grant (SIG) program [grant numbers 1S10RR13878 and 1S10RR026659], the NSF MRI program (NSF grant number DBI-1532078), the Murdock Charitable Trust, and MSU’s Vice President for Research Economic Development’s office. Research supported in the Copié lab has been provided by a grant from the Montana University System Research Initiative (51040-MUSRI2015- 03).
