STATE Days Overview
Save the Date! Montana State University will be hosting STATE Days for Montana resident students this summer!
Since being founded in 1893, MSU has been dedicated to the mission of education, research and outreach, and providing access to life-changing higher education that has the potential to transform lives and communities.
In honor of this Mission, MSU is excited to host our STATE days campus preview program exclusively for rising seniors from the state of Montana. Students graduating high school in 2026 are encouraged to sign up for this program to get a jump start on their college search process.
STATE Days is FREE program that allows students to learn about the admissions process and apply to MSU while getting a chance to stay on campus in MSU residence halls and eat in the dining halls.
STATE Days General Information
There are a variety of benefits for Montana students that attend STATE Days, including:
- A chance to learn about the admissions process, apply, and be admitted for Fall 2026 while on campus.
- A personalized visit experience with the chance to connect with MSU staff, faculty, and current students.
- An opportunity to connect with other high school seniors across the state of Montana.
- An opportunity to learn about paying for school, living on campus, academic programs, next steps, important deadlines, and more.
- An opportunity to stay on campus in the MSU residence halls and eat in the MSU dining halls.
- An exclusive offer only available to students from the state of Montana.
- A FREE campus preview for students and family members!
