Course Description
Start your MSU experience by taking this exciting course that covers your University Seminar (US) requirement as well as is introduction to MSU’s Leadership Fellows Certificate! Old models of leadership no longer work in this 21st century. Our world needs conscious, radical leaders who understand the complexity of an ever-changing and interconnected world. Needed now are leaders with deep self-knowledge and self-mastery—leaders who are capable of cultivating and sustaining dynamic, collaborative relationships. The new 21st century leader will bring their best self to work—Every. Single. Day. The course will include a weekly, synchronous (live) on-line meeting and discussion for all the students and professor.
About the Instructor
Kayte Kaminski, Ed.D. (Montana State University), is the assistant dean in the College of Education, Health and Human Development, has traveled to over 40 countries, and loves working with students to help them be successful in college and beyond!
